HOW LONG WILL THE JOB TAKE?

Each job is different and the time it'll take will depend on how big a job it is, we try to keep all repair jobs within an hour but in some cases that's just not possible, and for boiler installations /replacements it will take longer, but we will give you an approximate time scale for the job in hand. 

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? IS THERE ALWAYS A CALLOUT FEE?

Bartlett Heating Services accept Card and Cash payments, at this moment in time we take payment at the time of repair we currently do not give credit to customers.​ We do always have a callout charge, no matter how short of time we are at the property. Unfortunately due to fuel prices, we do charge even if the boiler is beyond repair.

WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

HOW MUCH WILL A NEW GAS BOILER COST?

Each boiler installation is bespoke so we will need to inspect the old boiler before providing a quotation. Our recommendation for new boilers are always Baxi products as we are approved installers meaning that Baxi provide a 10 year parts and labour warranty because its been installed by us!

DO I NEED A SERVICE ON MY BOILER?

If you are renting a property you need an annual landlord certificate to prove the gas installations are safe. Though boiler servicing is optional we recommend getting your appliance serviced every year so that its performs optimally.
